Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Uniquecollectionsbymarica LLC are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Uniquecollectionsbymarica LLC agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Uniquecollectionsbymarica LLC.
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Uniquecollectionsbymarica LLC agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Store policies
Thank you for shopping at Island Lux Essentials. By placing an order, you are agreeing that you have read and accepted all of our Store and Privacy policies and Term of Service.
Orders
Please note, all orders are final. Please read all product details prior to placing your order. We work to make sure you get the products that you ordered but sometimes there may be a delay in product updates, in the event that an item that you ordered is out of stock you will be fully refunded for that product. Order will not be changed, if you want to add an additional item please place a new order. It is at the company’s discretion to accept or deny any discount or coupon codes. Discounts cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
Store Hours and Shipping
Online orders can be made at any time throughout the day. Our (Island Lux Essentials) customer service hours are Monday-Friday, 4 PM – 10 PM. Please allow 2 - 3 days for us to process your order. This time does not include shipping speeds. Once processed and shipped, shipping times will vary based on the chosen shipping method. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or National Holidays. Shipping fees are out of our control and are dictated by the shipping company (USPS/ UPS).
Our company, Island Lux Essentials (Uniquecollections by Marica LLC) is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. In the event that this happens, please file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. Please double-check your shipping address prior to final check out. Any changes to your shipping information should be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Any request made outside of that time frame would be to the discretion of the company if it could be honored.
Returns / Exchanges
Please note, all sales are Final! We do not accept any returns or exchanges, no exceptions.
All of our products are handmade in small batches, hence you may experience some color or size changes. Items may look slightly different than in the product image. With that said, if the product that you receive is deemed defective, that item is eligible for return if reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
If an item appears to be missing from an order, please contact us within 3 days and we will immediately address the mishap by resending your item.
Any packages returned to us will be refunded.
